For my second week, I spent most of my time managing at Real Raw Organics and taking on more responsibility with the day-to-day operations of the business. One of the biggest parts of the week was working with the health inspector when they came in. I answered their questions and concerns and made a list of things that we could improve moving forward, which gave me more experience handling responsibilities that affect the business as a whole. I also worked on the social media side of Real Raw by creating a reel to promote the dragonfruit cold foam special. Along with my work at Real Raw, I continued communicating with potential renters about the apartments I had listed the previous week. The rest of the week focused heavily on managing the store and making sure everything was running smoothly. This week gave me more experience with management, communication, problem-solving, customer interaction, and creating promotional content for the business.
